    This sounds so flavorful, and I appreciate seeing how you prepare the pak choi, which I only heard about a few months ago on another blog. I’ve always liked bok choy though, so I look forward to finding its relative at my farmer’s market this year.

    1. Hey — some things never wear out and I’m lovin’ my cast iron skillet for many dishes. Yes, bok choy and pak choi are interchanagable in many dishes. Both are delicious and easy to grow down here!

  2. Made tonight and was awesome. I was afraid petite sirloin would be tough and dry but was very tender with great flavor. Marinated over night. This recipe was simple and quick to get on the table. Thanks for a great recipe that will go on regular rotation.
