Nothing is more elegant than Cherry Pie. No dessert is so dramatic and aromatic. I became inspired to make a Cherry Pie after I saw a Facebook post of a baker making creative cut-out pie crust toppings in a interesting time-lapsed video. I can do that, I mused.
