It is crawfish season in Louisiana. I have many favorite recipes featuring crawfish, here are several unique ideas to give an updated lift for crawfish tails — from Crawfish Egg Rolls to Crawfish Cheesecake. Plus, I have an easy and delicious recipe for Crawfish Etouffe. It is so simple; anyone can make it.
