  1. I enjoyed your article. I have been making a remoulade sauce close to your recipe for years. We had a party for our 50th wedding anniversary and I made way too much remoulade sauce. Do you know if I can freeze it?

    1. Hum, not sure how freezing would work for this type of sauce. I don’t try to freeze other types of oil-based dressings. I”d try to use it up as a dressing for tossed salads or even pasta salads. Or spread it on grilled fish, salmon. I love this dressing, too. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
